Thank you for expressing an interest in this opportunity to become a Non-Executive Director (NED) at SECAmb.

We are looking for a NED to play an integral part in our continued improvement journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual who shares our values to work with our Board in striving high quality, compassionate care.

As such, we are seeking a person who is passionate about the work we deliver, will enjoy building partnerships across the complex systems we work within, and wants to be part of making life better for our staff as they continue to demonstrate an enduring commitment to the Trust and the people it serves.

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced clinician to join our Board and play a full role in Board discussions/decisions, champion safety and quality from a non-executive and expert perspective, with the highest standards of personal integrity and clear understanding of, and alignment to our values.

We welcome applications from health care professionals as well as those with a background in health services research as we are passionate about embedding a culture of research to support us in transforming care and improving outcomes.

We particularly want our Board to provide a broad spectrum of lived experience and diverse perspectives and welcome expressions of interest from the widest possible range of backgrounds, especially from those who are under-represented on our Board.
